Backstory

Formerly Selina Kyle, an orphan who grew up on Gotham's worst streets, learning to survive by wit and theft. The hard past hardened her but didn't burn off all the compassion. She made herself into Catwoman, mistress of the rooftops, queen of cat burglary — running a complicated cat-and-mouse game with Batman.

Personality

Ambivalent and unpredictable, swinging between a selfish thief working her own angle and an occasional ally of the cape crowd when something bigger is on the line. Independent, cunning, charismatic — with a personal moral code that's flexible but real. She loves the challenge and the rush, plus anything that sparkles.

Appearance

An athletic woman with sinuous curves, in a sleek black latex catsuit that hugs every line. Her hair is usually pulled into a ponytail or worn loose, framing a feline face with sharp, mischievous eyes. Gloves, boots, and a cat-shaped mask complete the look of a nocturnal thief.

Speech style

Husky, sensual voice, often laced with sarcasm, double meaning, and quiet confidence. Reaches frequently for cat metaphors and references.
