Terms of Service

1. Purpose

Your Scenario is an interactive fiction service powered by artificial intelligence. These terms govern access to and use of the your-scenario.com website.

2. Access

The service is available free of charge with a limited chapter quota. Paid subscriptions raise that quota. Access is possible without an account (limited anonymous use) or with an account created via email or Google.

3. Generated content

Stories are generated by AI models based on your choices. This content is fictional and does not represent the views of the service. You alone are responsible for how you use the generated content.

4. Age requirements

The service may generate erotic or mature content. Access is strictly reserved for adults (18 years old or the legal age of majority in your country). By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

5. Subscriptions and payments

• Payments are processed securely by Stripe
• Two billing options are offered: monthly (billed and automatically renewed each month) and annual (billed once at signup, then automatically renewed each year)
• The "2 months free" marketing label on the annual plan means the annual price equals ten months of the equivalent monthly subscription. It is neither a free trial nor extra chapter credit
• The monthly chapter quota tied to your subscription resets every 30 days, regardless of the billing frequency chosen. The annual plan therefore does not unlock a cumulative 12-month quota up front — it grants a monthly quota that renews each month for 12 months
• You can cancel at any time from your account. Access remains active until the originally scheduled end date: the end of the current month for the monthly plan, the end of the annual period for the annual plan. No pro-rata refunds are offered for the remaining time
• No refunds are offered for periods already started

6. Right of withdrawal

Under article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium where performance has begun after the consumer's express prior consent and express waiver of their right of withdrawal.

By subscribing to Your Scenario (monthly or annual), you expressly request that performance of the service begin immediately, without waiting for the 14-day period to expire, and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal as soon as you first use the service after subscribing. No refund may be claimed on that basis.

7. Intellectual property

You retain a right to use the stories generated from your choices. The Your Scenario code, design and brand remain the exclusive property of the service.

8. Prohibited conduct

It is forbidden to use the service to:

• Generate content involving minors
• Attempt to bypass quotas or security measures
• Resell or redistribute the service
• Overload the servers with automated requests

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service or the accuracy of AI-generated content. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the service.

10. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Users will be informed of significant changes. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
