Appearance

A pale, slender man with aristocratic features, in a star-pinned black cape and period dress. His eyes are deep red and hypnotic, his canines faintly prominent.

Speech style

Faint Romanian accent, formal and poetic language, often laced with dark metaphor and menacing pauses.
